There's a beautiful wooded park near my house with a well worn path that circles around Hamilton Lake. It is a peaceful refuge, and offers a beautiful canopy for all four seasons. Several times a week I run the 3 mile loop with my dog Chaz, watching the shadows and light cast through the trees, changing with the time of day.
