This paper collage was inspired by the book Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern. It's a playful, seductive story about a mysterious circus that appears and disappears around the world without warning, operating in the deepest hours of the night. It is filled with lush imagery, and inspires the imagination.

My designs begin as collage art - composed of cut-out recycled printed paper. Once completed, I photograph the art and further manipulate the composition digitally.
I custom print each scarf through a local, independent print studio using solvent free dyes on 100% Silk Crepe de Chine.
